Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping although most are shipped within 3 business days. Please be patient, it's just one human brain and two hands and sometimes I may have to run out to buy boxes or packaging and then maybe there's a bear in the driveway. I'm not perfect, only Whiskey is.

LOCAL PICKUP

-pickup/delivery from Squamish, BC is available upon request, please contact prior to purchasing

Canada & USA

-Free delivery over $100CAD/70 USD

-Free delivery does not guarantee tracking.

NEW-Tariffs and duties shipping into the US as well as delays at the border are the responsibility of the receiver. Packages are shipped to the US with duties prepaid and should incur no other fees on arrival. US tariffs have been changing quickly and US import as well as carriers may not be able to keep up with the new rules. I'll do everything in my power to keep you informed and get your order to you, but this is a very fluid situation.

International

-Tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. Please understand the duties in your country (and added import fees) as I have no control over them. 

-I'm so sorry the prices for International shipping may be expensive but I cannot control these. Shipping by air is much faster, land can sometimes take up to 3 months (last year was terrible with shipping containers), please only choose land shipping if nothing else is available. Tracking can be pretty prohibitive. The prices are directly my costs and discounted a significant amount.

-orders are generally shipped within 3 days using Canada Post. Delays may occur during the holiday season. We are not responsible for duties or unexpected delays. Once it's out of my hands, I cannot control much but if there is a problem with the product upon receiving, please let me know within a week.

Returns

-Returns for fitting issues are at the cost of the purchaser. There are measurements for all products, please contact me with questions before purchasing

-Returns/replacements for damaged/defective items will be sent out if possible, if not possible a refund will be initiated.

-Wrong mailing addresses will have to wait for the item to be returned to be resent again, or a refund can be initiated if requested minus the shipping costs. For items sent with "free" shipping a shipping fee will be charged (and the rest returned).

-International orders (outside of Canada/USA) may take up to 30 days, sometimes longer. I ship with tracking as much as possible but some countries do not have this option, or the costs are prohibitive. Returns may also be difficult. I'll do my best to communicate with you and find a solution
